Pharmacovigilance Services Associate – Mumbai | 1–3 Years Experience
Job Summary:
Accenture is hiring a Pharmacovigilance Services Associate in Mumbai to support drug safety and clinical surveillance for global pharmaceutical clients. This role is ideal for B.Pharm or M.Pharm graduates with 1 to 3 years of experience in pharmacovigilance operations, case processing, and ICSR management. Candidates will work in a global environment adhering to GVP and regulatory safety standards, with opportunities for professional growth in life sciences operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage affiliate mailbox and reconcile reports for serious and non-serious adverse events.
Perform MedDRA coding, case processing, and follow-ups for ICSRs.
Ensure compliance with global pharmacovigilance and regulatory requirements.
Enter and manage data within safety databases.
Collaborate with team and supervisor, handling assigned tasks independently.
Work in rotational shifts as per project requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
1 to 3 years of pharmacovigilance/drug safety experience
Experience in case processing, MedDRA coding, and ICSR handling
Familiarity with global PV regulations (e.g., GVP, ICH-GCP)
Strong attention to detail and data quality
Ability to work in shifts and collaborate in a team environment
