  • Role: Pharmacovigilance Services New Associate

  • Skill Required: Pharmacovigilance Operations – Drug Safety Surveillance

  • Qualification: MSc / Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) / Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)

  • Location: Bengaluru

  • Shift: Rotational shifts may be required


Job Summary

You will be part of the Life Sciences R&D vertical, supporting pharmacovigilance and regulatory services. The role focuses on ensuring drug safety by monitoring, assessing, and reporting adverse drug reactions, helping global biopharma companies improve patient outcomes and meet regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform case identification and data entry for safety cases

  • Conduct MedDRA coding for adverse events

  • Process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs)

  • Manage case submissions and follow-ups

  • Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and client guidelines

  • Maintain accurate records in safety databases


Roles & Expectations

  • Handle routine tasks using standard guidelines

  • Work under supervision with detailed instructions

  • Collaborate primarily within the team and with direct supervisors

  • Make decisions impacting individual work

  • Function as an individual contributor within a defined scope
