Responsibilities:
Perform venipuncture and capillary collection for a variety of patient demographics
Ensure accurate labeling, handling, and processing of specimens
Maintain a high standard of hygiene and safety protocols at all times
Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort and clear communication during the procedure
New Doctor/Health site tieups
Collaborate with medical and laboratory teams to support timely and accurate diagnoses
Qualifications:
DMLT / CMLT
Proven experience in venipuncture and specimen collection techniques
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols
Compassionate, patient-focused attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
