Develop complex scientific publications and medical education materials including manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and presentations.
Manage the complete publication lifecycle from concept to submission and approval.
Provide strategic input for medical communication plans and scientific messaging.
Collaborate with medical teams, healthcare professionals, and global stakeholders.
Mentor and review work of senior and junior scientific writers.
Conduct publication need analysis and implement annual publication plans.
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and documentation systems.
Support innovation and digital transformation initiatives within scientific communication teams.
