Role Overview
The Principal Technical Project Manager (Clinical/GxP) will lead and oversee complex clinical technology programs, ensuring adherence to GxP standards and project deliverables. This role combines strategic program management, cross-functional coordination, and hands-on leadership to drive the successful execution of large-scale, technology-enabled clinical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee program execution to ensure delivery within budget, schedule, and scope, while managing interdependencies between projects.

  • Develop program goals, define scope, track progress, and mitigate risks, escalating issues as necessary.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to align projects with broader business strategy.

  • Provide oversight for project managers managing multiple projects within a complex portfolio.

  • Establish and maintain project procedures, timelines, and priorities, ensuring alignment with executive management directives.

  • Support Business Partners and Product Managers in benefits management and resource allocation.

  • Manage relationships with technology vendors, including SOW and PO management, system integrations, and application updates.

  • Build strong stakeholder relationships, addressing concerns and facilitating effective communication.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.

  • Minimum 8–10 years of program/project management experience, preferably in clinical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare technology environments.

  • Proven track record managing complex programs with GxP compliance.

  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies; PMP certification preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate across global teams.

  • Experience in budgeting, resource management, and portfolio prioritization.
