Project Manager – VAF 183 (PLG)
Location: Czech Republic, Mauritius, Romania, Tunisia (Hybrid/Remote Possible)

Required Technical Skills:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding service management.

  • Ensure successful project launch and maintain accurate project documentation, including scope of work, client processes, reporting rules, and applicable procedures.

  • Implement and update project plans and schedules with the support of the project team.

  • Provide support during external and unannounced audits.

  • Offer methodology support to project stakeholders for executing project activities and cross-functional communication.

  • Design and implement project plans by coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.

  • Manage project changes proactively and reactively, anticipate potential crises, and implement mitigation plans.

  • Assist with license applications as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory processes to maintain readiness for internal and external audits.

  • Deliver projects within tight timelines while maintaining quality standards and adhering to departmental budgets.

  • Document and track regulatory submissions and approvals from regulatory authorities.

Required Education:

  • Degree in a relevant life science discipline or Pharmacist background preferred.

Additional Experience and Skills:

  • Fluent in English (Chinese is a plus).

  • PMO certification is a plus.

  • Strong IT and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple workloads and tasks effectively.

  • Personal responsibility for maintaining high work standards.

Required Experience:

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.

Required Languages:

  • English (Chinese is a plus).
