Responsibilities
Provide psychiatric services to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities.
Assess patient’s mental status and diagnose DSM-V disorders.
Develop and implement treatment plans.
Provide psychopharmacology and non-pharmacological treatment options.
Collaborate with psychiatrists on clinical cases.
Requirements
Licensed in Colorado with a focus in psychiatry.
DEA certification for prescribing controlled substances.
1+ year of Geriatric Psychiatric experience.
1+ year providing care in Skilled Nursing Facilities or Acute Rehab Hospitals.
Experience with EMR/EHR systems (Athena I is a plus).
Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
Skills
