About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality and Training Executive to join a dynamic healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences organization in Pune, India. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in quality assurance, compliance monitoring, process improvement, and employee training coordination.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, supporting compliance initiatives, delivering training programs, and driving continuous process improvement across operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Compliance Management

  • Monitor and maintain quality standards across operational processes in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct quality checks, audits, compliance reviews, and process assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to internal SOPs, quality frameworks, and applicable healthcare or pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Support CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) implementation and follow-up activities.

Training Coordination & Learning Development

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver training programs for employees on quality standards, SOPs, compliance requirements, and process updates.
  • Maintain training calendars, attendance records, competency assessments, and training documentation.
  • Support onboarding and induction training for new employees.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend continuous learning improvements.

Documentation & Process Management

  • Maintain quality documentation, SOP records, audit reports, training materials, and compliance trackers.
  • Ensure accurate version control and documentation consistency across quality systems.
  • Support document review, process updates, and quality-related communication initiatives.

Audit Support & Process Improvement

  • Assist in internal audits, external audits, inspection readiness, and compliance assessments.
  • Identify process gaps, quality risks, and operational inefficiencies.
  • Work with stakeholders to implement corrective actions and process optimization strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with HR, operations, quality, regulatory, and department managers to align training and quality initiatives.
  • Support organizational quality culture development through awareness programs and process governance.
  • Provide timely reporting on quality metrics, training completion, and compliance performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Healthcare Management, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, training coordination, compliance, or process quality roles.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, clinical research, BPO quality, or regulated industry environments is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of SOP management, audits, quality systems, and compliance processes.
  • Knowledge of GxP, quality assurance principles, CAPA, and training documentation practices is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and reporting systems.
