Job Title: Quality Assurance Intern

Job Summary: Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories is seeking a Quality Assurance Intern to support the QA team in ensuring all documentation meets strict regulatory and quality standards within the pharmaceutical industry. This internship offers a hands-on experience for students interested in learning about cGMP compliance, batch review processes, and documentation management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Quality team in developing, maintaining, tracking, and presenting key metrics for continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Support the management of document databases and batch release documentation.

  • Review batch records and track batch status to ensure compliance with DRL SOPs and FDA regulations.

  • Ensure all documentation complies with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and internal policies.

  • Provide administrative support for QA meetings, training sessions, and documentation reviews.

  • Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or an equivalent field.

  • Minimum Work Experience: Entry-level position.

  • Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring future sponsorship.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, self-starting attitude.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Information:

  • Internship Duration: June 2025 to August 2025.

  • Eligibility: Rising Seniors graduating in Spring 2026.

  • Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote).
