Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced R&D Knowledge and Learning Manager (Content Development) to support therapeutic area and product learning initiatives. This role is responsible for developing scientifically accurate, engaging, and impactful learning content that enhances knowledge transfer and supports global learning programs.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to transform complex scientific, clinical, and product-related information into effective educational resources while ensuring content quality, consistency, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Content Development
Develop learning content aligned with therapeutic area and product learning objectives.
Create new educational materials and update existing resources based on emerging clinical data, scientific evidence, and strategic insights.
Support knowledge-sharing initiatives through structured learning programs and training resources.
Instructional Design and Content Creation
Design and develop a variety of learning materials, including:
Presentation slide decks
Facilitator guides
Participant learning materials
Infographics
Visual summaries
Quick-reference tools
Congress and scientific meeting training content
Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to improve learner engagement.
Develop interactive learning experiences for virtual and instructor-led training sessions.
Scientific Communication
Translate complex scientific, clinical, and product information into clear, concise, and engaging educational content.
Ensure scientific accuracy and clarity across all learning assets.
Create visually compelling learning materials that improve knowledge retention and learner understanding.
Content Review and Quality Management
Manage content development timelines, review cycles, approvals, and version control processes.
Review and edit learning materials to ensure scientific accuracy, consistency, compliance, and quality.
Incorporate stakeholder feedback to continuously improve learning effectiveness.
Maintain organized repositories of approved content and training resources.

Required Qualifications
Education
Candidates should possess one of the following qualifications:
Doctorate Degree with 10+ years of clinical or scientific affairs experience
Master's Degree with 12+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor's Degree with 15+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
Pharm.D., MD, DO, PhD, or Master's Degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline.
Experience in learning content development, scientific education, and instructional design.
Strong understanding of adult learning methodologies and educational content development.
