Key Accountabilities:

Project Execution:

  • Works effectively within a team environment.
  • Prioritizes work to achieve specified project outcomes under the guidance of the Project Lead or Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Seeks feedback from the Project Lead and colleagues to improve performance.
  • Completes assigned project activities with guidance from senior colleagues.
  • Produces quality work meeting project lead and client expectations.
  • May serve as a Project Lead for small scale projects or Work Stream Lead on larger projects.

Project Management:

  • Responsible for project planning, set-up, and interacts with Project Specialist (PS) or Project Manager (PM) for project control.
  • Acts as the main client contact ensuring accurate project reporting.
  • Ensures project team delivers to meet client expectations for quality and timeliness.
  • Identifies and manages project risks and issues.
  • Ensures project team's compliance with project-specific training.
  • Manages project financials and revenue forecasts.
  • Identifies new opportunities for business growth.
  • Ensures timely project close-out activities.

Consulting Activities and Relationship Management:

  • Implements organization's consulting models and methodologies under guidance.
  • Delivers consulting services within personal area of expertise under guidance.
  • Completes assigned activities within project scope and objectives.
  • Identifies project and internal issues to senior colleagues.
  • Interacts professionally with clients at all working levels.
  • Identifies project and/or client needs to senior colleagues.
  • Ensures client satisfaction with services provided.
