  • Evaluate, benchmark, and implement Generative AI (GenAI) and NLP tools for enterprise document processing and regulatory intelligence.

  • Work with document management systems (e.g., Objective, Veeva, Documentum) to access, process, and structure regulatory documents.

  • Leverage enterprise data lakes (e.g., Snowflake) to query, transform, and manage large regulatory and operational datasets.

  • Build automated workflows and data pipelines using Airflow, optimizing for reliability and efficiency.

  • Support AI model evaluation through metrics, prompt tuning, and human-in-the-loop validation to ensure compliance and accuracy.

  • Develop dashboards and visualizations (Power BI or similar) to communicate insights to regulatory and business stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, regulatory analytics, or operational analytics.

  • Experience working with enterprise document management systems (e.g., Objective, Veeva, OpenText).

  • Familiarity with enterprise data lake platforms such as Snowflake, including performant query design and structured data management.

  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to work independently in a regulated environment.

  • Bonus: Experience evaluating LLMs or working with regulatory-specific datasets (submissions, labeling, health authority feedback).

What You’ll Gain

  • Hands-on experience with GenAI-first regulatory projects shaping global compliance strategies.

  • Exposure to enterprise-grade AI tools, data platforms, and document management systems.

  • A collaborative and innovative team culture focused on precision, impact, and career growth.
