Job Overview

Accenture is hiring a Regulatory Compliance New Associate to support quality and control testing initiatives within an Agile operating environment. This entry-level role is ideal for graduates seeking to build a career in regulatory compliance, quality testing, and risk management while working with a global professional services leader.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients in transforming quality testing functions from reactive to proactive compliance models.

  • Perform control testing activities within Agile testing frameworks and integrated delivery environments.

  • Execute assigned testing tasks aligned with sprint planning and development cycles.

  • Follow established testing guidelines, compliance procedures, and quality standards.

  • Identify and report risks, defects, and compliance gaps during testing phases.

  • Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to ensure timely task completion.

  • Adhere to quality, risk management, and regulatory compliance requirements.

  • Work as an individual contributor within a structured and supervised team environment.

  • Participate in rotational shifts, if required, based on business needs.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Basic understanding or exposure to Quality Control Testing or Agile Testing concepts.

  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and compliance.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in dynamic project settings.

  • Foundational knowledge of risk management principles is an advantage.

  • Willingness to learn and follow standardized processes and instructions.


Experience Requirements

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in quality testing, compliance, operations, or related domains.

  • Fresh graduates with relevant academic exposure or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
