Qualification Requirements

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in:

    • Pharmacy

    • Life Sciences

    • Or related field

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs

Function

  • Regulatory Operations (RegOps)

Shift Timings

  • 11:00 AM – 7:15 PM
    OR

  • 12:00 PM – 8:15 PM

Key Responsibilities

1. Dossier Management

  • Compile and assemble regulatory dossiers for product launches in the APAC region (excluding China)

  • Ensure documentation accuracy and timely submissions

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate with:

  • Regulatory teams

  • International Export teams

  • Marketing teams

  • R&D departments

to ensure smooth project execution and information flow.

3. Compliance & Artwork Review

  • Review product artwork for Filorga cosmetic products

  • Ensure compliance with:

    • EU labeling regulations

    • North American labeling requirements

4. Safety Coordination

  • Work with external Toxicology teams

  • Provide technical specifications and product data for safety assessments

5. Process Documentation

  • Draft and update:

    • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

    • Work Instructions

for regulatory activities.

6. Tracking & Risk Communication

  • Maintain product archives and tracking systems

  • Identify potential regulatory risks or bottlenecks

  • Communicate issues proactively to leadership teams
