Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Regulatory Operations Executive to support Regulatory Affairs activities across the APAC region (excluding China). The role involves dossier preparation, regulatory documentation management, artwork compliance reviews, safety assessment coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely product registrations and launches.

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a foundational understanding of regulatory processes within the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, or consumer healthcare industries.


Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Life Sciences, or a related discipline.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Operations, or related functions.

  • Experience within FMCG, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or consumer products industries is preferred.
