Key Responsibilities
Prepare project-related Informed Consent Forms (ICFs) and other clinical study documents in vernacular languages such as Gujarati and Hindi.
Translate and review clinical trial documents to ensure accuracy and clarity for study participants.
Perform comparison and validation of translated and back-translated documents to maintain consistency with the original content.
Ensure that translated documents follow proper grammar, syntax, and medical terminology standards.
Maintain document quality and formatting in accordance with company SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and clinical research documentation standards.
Support clinical teams by ensuring that participant-facing documents are understandable, compliant, and suitable for ethical committee submissions.
Experience Required
Minimum 1 year of experience in translation, documentation, or clinical research support.
Experience working with clinical trial documents such as informed consent forms is preferred.
Educational Qualification
Any graduate with strong command over English and Gujarati languages.
Proficiency in Hindi language translation will be an added advantage.
