The organization is currently hiring a Research Scientist – Bioanalytical Analysis Support to join its Bangalore-based Bioequivalence Centre. This role focuses on method development, validation, and analysis of drugs and metabolites in biological matrices using advanced analytical techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and validate bioanalytical methods for quantification of drugs and metabolites in biological fluids

  • Perform routine batch sample analysis (RBSA) in alignment with project timelines

  • Collaborate with project leads on method development and validation activities

  • Prepare project-specific solutions and conduct sample preparation procedures

  • Document experimental data, results, and analytical findings accurately

  • Review, verify, and archive data using chromatography data acquisition systems

  • Conduct laboratory investigations and support troubleshooting activities

  • Operate analytical instruments and ensure proper utilization of laboratory systems

  • Compile raw data and assist in study/project completion activities

  • Maintain laboratory cleanliness and adhere to safety standards

  • Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards including DCGI-CDSCO, USFDA, TGA, ICH, GLP, and EMEA

  • Demonstrate organizational values such as collaboration, integrity, and accountability

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or

  • Master’s degree in Science (M.Sc.) in a relevant discipline

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)

  • Proficiency in bioanalytical techniques and laboratory instrumentation

  • Working knowledge of chromatography systems and data acquisition tools

  • Good communication and documentation skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a regulated and fast-paced environment

  • Flexible and adaptable to project requirements

Experience Required

  • Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in bioanalytical research or laboratory analysis

  • Experience in method development, validation, and sample analysis is highly preferred
