Job Overview

This is a senior-level project management role focused on clinical data acquisition, especially non-CRF data. You will oversee data workflows, manage stakeholders, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of clinical data across projects.


Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and milestones across multiple workstreams

  • Apply project management methodologies for efficient execution

  • Ensure quality and timely completion of all activities

Data Acquisition Oversight

  • Oversee non-CRF data collection and integration processes

  • Coordinate with CROs and data providers

  • Monitor data-related workflows and system performance

Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain communication with internal teams, CROs, and vendors

  • Provide regular project status updates

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships

Issue Resolution

  • Identify project risks and conflicts

  • Implement corrective actions proactively

  • Escalate critical issues when required


Required Skills

  • Strong project management and coordination skills

  • Experience with CDMS / EDC systems (Medidata Rave, Oracle RDC, etc.)

  • Understanding of clinical trial data workflows

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder handling

  • Strong analytical and organizational ability


Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

  • 5–7 years experience in clinical data systems or related roles

  • 3–5 years project management experience preferred


Compensation

  • Base Salary: ~$80,000 USD per year
