Job Responsibilities

Process Optimization & Operational Excellence

  • Design, develop, optimize, and improve operational processes across clinical research functions.

  • Identify workflow gaps and implement sustainable operational solutions.

Clinical Research Process Improvement

  • Lead small to medium-scale process transformation initiatives within clinical research operations.
  • Improve:

    • Performance frameworks
    • Operational support models

Quality & Audit Readiness

  • Support operational quality excellence and inspection readiness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with:

Process Documentation & SOP Governance

Educational Qualification
