Job Summary
Medpace, a leading global Contract Research Organization (CRO), is hiring a Site Payments Processor for its Clinical Operations team in Navi Mumbai, India. This full-time, office-based position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of global clinical trials by managing critical financial processes tied to site payments and agreements within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector.
Key Responsibilities
Execute daily accounts payable and site payment data entry activities for assigned studies.
Manage system setup to track and process site payments efficiently.
Calculate and process accurate site payments.
Prepare project and site-specific reports and handle related requests.
Coordinate setup of site-specific agreements, amendments, and site payee mapping.
Code, track, and reconcile site invoices with applicable data sources.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in finance, treasury, or accounting-related roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and accountability.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive data.
