Job Summary

Cencora is seeking a dedicated Specialist – Pharmacovigilance for its Noida location. This full-time role involves scientific literature screening, case processing, and client-specific ICSR management. Ideal for professionals with pharmacovigilance expertise in regulatory safety reporting and a passion for ensuring drug safety and compliance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Screen scientific literature using internal and external tools

  • Classify safety-relevant publications and track literature ordering

  • Enter literature reports into safety databases

  • Prepare standard regulatory forms (e.g., CIOMS I, MedWatch, XML)

  • Perform duplicate checks of literature cases via EMA’s MLM service

  • Download and review ICSRs from EMA’s MLM portal

  • Ensure case completion and documentation

  • Liaise with project management as main client contact

  • Support cross-functional tasks within other service lines as needed


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in pharmacovigilance and case processing

  • Familiarity with CIOMS I, MedWatch, MedDRA, and XML file formats

  • Knowledge of EMA MLM services and ICSR handling

  • Understanding of regulatory guidelines including GVP, ICH-GCP

  • Proficiency in safety databases and literature screening tools

  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills

  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
