Specialist Pharmacovigilance – Noida, India
Job Summary
Cencora is hiring a Specialist Pharmacovigilance for its Noida, India office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for literature screening, case processing, CIOMS/MedWatch reporting, and ICSR management. This position is ideal for professionals experienced in drug safety, medical literature monitoring (MLM), and pharmacovigilance database systems.
Key Responsibilities
Screen scientific literature using internal search mechanisms and external tools.
Classify safety-relevant references and maintain literature ordering records.
Enter literature reports into the pharmacovigilance safety database.
Prepare standard reporting forms such as CIOMS I, MedWatch, and XML files.
Perform case completion, review, and documentation of safety cases.
Download, review, and share client-specific ICSRs from the EMA MLM service.
Conduct duplicate searches of literature cases against updated MLM information.
Act as the primary contact for client and project management.
Support additional tasks within pharmacovigilance services as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with pharmacovigilance literature screening and case processing.
Knowledge of CIOMS I forms, MedWatch forms, ICSR handling, and EMA MLM services.
Familiarity with pharmacovigilance software/databases.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a client-facing and cross-functional environment.
