Role Overview:
The Specialist, Therapy plays a critical role in advancing Baxter’s mission to provide high-quality patient care through education, training, and clinical support. This position involves working closely with healthcare professionals, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure effective therapy implementation and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical education and training to healthcare providers on Baxter therapies and products.

  • Support therapy implementation by delivering guidance, updates, and hands-on support to clinical teams.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert within the therapy area, sharing best practices and evidence-based guidance.

  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on therapy strategies, educational initiatives, and clinical objectives.

  • Assist in clinical program development, monitoring, and evaluation to optimize therapy delivery.

  • Maintain knowledge of current clinical guidelines, industry standards, and product information.

  • Participate in workshops, conferences, and other educational events to promote therapy knowledge and expertise.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Relevant degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or clinical field.

  • Experience in clinical education, training, or therapy support is preferred.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and internal teams.

  • Commitment to patient safety, quality, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
