Overview

Simpson Healthcare, an established scientific communications agency within IQVIA, has been a trusted partner to the life sciences industry for over 20 years.
We are seeking a Senior Client Services Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in managing new and ongoing client relationships across the healthcare and life sciences landscape.

As a Sr. Client Services Manager, you’ll oversee project coordination, client engagement, and brand strategy support across a range of initiatives — including advisory boards, speaker bureaus, training programs, scientific content development, and live/virtual events.
This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on healthcare communications that influence providers, patients, and outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

Project Support

  • Adhere to Simpson Healthcare standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows (PIT Crew, Basecamp, CCR, Good to Go, and weekly client updates).

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of assigned disease states and client products.

  • Create and edit project materials, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness of deliverables.

  • Support the project team in developing project plans, timelines, and documentation.

  • Ensure all materials align with client branding, messaging, and scientific standards.

  • Track project progress and communicate updates effectively across teams.

Client Relations

  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.

  • Gather, analyze, and implement client feedback to improve project outcomes.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Scientific Services, Interactive, and Marketing) to deliver on commitments.

  • Build and nurture professional relationships with key client stakeholders.

Brand Management

  • Represent and promote Simpson Healthcare’s brand consistently across all client touchpoints.

  • Understand client brand objectives, communication preferences, and motivators to tailor solutions effectively.

  • Deliver high-quality services and insights that support brand strategy, community engagement, and project success.

  • Ensure sustainable and efficient delivery processes across all client engagements.


Qualifications & Experience

Required

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred fields: Marketing, Business, or Science).

  • Demonstrated experience in client relationship management within healthcare, communications, or life sciences.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).

  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.

  • Excellent time management, organization, and project coordination abilities.

  • Proven capability to collaborate across internal and external teams to deliver results.

  • Must reside in the same country as the job location.

Preferred

  • Experience using Veeva CRM platform.

  • Prior experience in medical communications, pharmaceutical marketing, or scientific project management.

  • Strong presentation and storytelling abilities for diverse audiences.

  • Self-starter with initiative and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary Range: $42,200 – $105,400 (annualized)

  • Actual base pay will vary based on education, experience, and geographic location.

  • Eligible for performance incentives, bonuses, and comprehensive health and welfare benefits.
