Job Responsibilities:

Lead experience in multicenter large clinical trials.
Involvement in protocol and DB build process.
Proven record of lead experience in multicenter large studies.
Experience in liaison with sponsor counterparts on coding conventions, specifications, and coding decision processes.
Analytical experience in trend analysis in QC and consistency findings.
Mentor and lead experience for junior coders.
Lead experience in coding QC process.
Experience in coding resource management, pricing, bidding, and coding tool development preferred.
Sound technical knowledge in coding tool setup and implementation processes.
Experience in coding setup activities and UAT.
Experience in dictionary up-version and reversion process.
Experience in defining coding specifications, dictionary schema, and auto-coding algorithms preferred.
Sound knowledge of data management activities and coding deliverables in the DBL process.
Experience in DB QC and UAT processes.
Experience in attending national/international meetings representing DM/Coding.

Qualifications:

BS/BA Degree preferred in Biological Sciences/Healthcare/Clinical Research.
5+ years of thorough experience as a clinical coder.
Should be performing as Lead Coder (all activities listed in JD for Sr Coder).
Should have experience as Rave, Veeva coder, or any other CTMS.
The ability to deal effectively with sponsors and internal customers at all levels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken, with an ability to inform.
Demonstrated experience in managing multiple priorities in a highly dynamic environment.
Experience working in a matrix-structured environment is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), email, and voicemail.
Ability to travel as necessary (up to 25%).
