Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning

  1. Collaborate with business units to develop a 1-3 year medical marketing strategy and business plan tailored to Takeda's product portfolio.

Medical Review and Support

  1. Conduct medical reviews of promotional materials to ensure they meet scientific and ethical standards, contributing to high brand quality.
  2. Review packaging materials, including package inserts and leaflets, ensuring compliance and clarity.
  3. Provide cross-functional medical coaching and support for therapeutic areas (TAs) and products.

Non-Promotional Activities

  1. Organize national non-promotional scientific meetings and consultation sessions with experts.
  2. Assess and review requests for investigator-initiated studies and medical education assistance applications.

Scientific Contributions

  1. Develop plans for clinical data integration and lead the creation of high-quality publications in reputable medical journals.

Stakeholder Engagement and Training

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in therapeutic areas of interest.
  2. Provide medical education to sales teams and respond to professional knowledge queries.

Qualifications and Skills

Education

  • Master’s degree or higher in a related medical or pharmaceutical field.

Experience

  • 5+ years of clinical experience or medical affairs experience within a multinational pharmaceutical company (MNC).

Professional Skills

  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
