Job Overview
This role supports production operations for 80+ countries globally, ensuring accurate and timely execution of critical business deliverables.
The position involves:
Production monitoring
Mainframe support
Incident management
Batch job monitoring
Root cause analysis
Report generation
Automation and process improvement initiatives
The candidate will work closely with global teams across EMEA and LATAM regions and provide 24×7 production support.
Key Responsibilities
Production Monitoring & Support
Monitor production environments and batch processing.
Execute scheduled production jobs.
Re-run failed processes when required.
Escalate issues to higher support levels.
Mainframe Operations
