Job Summary:
Syneos Health is hiring a Senior Site Contracts Specialist to oversee clinical trial site contracting processes. This fully remote role involves reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing site agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and supporting global clinical development programs. Ideal for professionals with a background in clinical research contracts or legal operations in pharma/CRO environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage negotiation and finalization of clinical site agreements
Ensure alignment with study timelines and budget expectations
Collaborate with legal, clinical operations, and finance teams
Track contract progress, versions, and approvals using internal systems
Address site-specific legal or budget concerns during contract development
Participate in risk assessment and mitigation planning during contract execution
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to audits or inspections
Support contract-related queries from stakeholders and regulatory bodies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, law, or business administration
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in clinical site contracts
Strong understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical trial operations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation capabilities
Proficiency in contract lifecycle management tools and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
