Role Overview:
As a Sr Statistical Programmer, you will develop R/Shiny applications, integrate databases, create interactive visualizations, optimize performance, and collaborate in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop advanced R programs and Shiny applications (reactivity, modules, layouts, custom components)
Customize Shiny apps using HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Integrate Shiny applications with databases (e.g., SQL) for data management
Create interactive data visualizations using Plotly
Optimize Shiny applications for performance, responsiveness, and large datasets
Write unit tests, debug, and troubleshoot Shiny apps
Use Git for version control in collaborative development
Communicate technical concepts and document application features
Work effectively in an Agile development environment
Familiarity with Python and Selenium testing framework
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in R Programming
Advanced Shiny development skills (reactivity, modules, layouts, custom components)
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Experience with Plotly for interactive visualizations
Database integration experience (SQL)
Proficiency in Git for version control
Performance optimization, testing, and debugging skills for Shiny apps
Familiarity with Python and Selenium
Strong communication and documentation skills
Agile experience
