Job Overview

The Senior Workforce Data Analyst plays a strategic role in delivering actionable workforce analytics and HR insights that support talent strategy and organizational decision-making. This position partners with HR leaders and business stakeholders to develop dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that measure workforce trends, HR program effectiveness, and operational performance.

The role requires strong expertise in HR analytics, workforce planning, reporting automation, and data storytelling to translate complex datasets into meaningful business insights.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 4–7 years of experience in workforce analytics, HR data analysis, people analytics, or business intelligence

  • Experience working with HRIS systems and workforce reporting platforms

  • Proven experience building dashboards and automated reporting tools

  • Exposure to global or multinational organizational environments preferred

  • Experience supporting talent strategy, workforce planning, or organizational design initiatives is advantageous

Key Responsibilities

Workforce Analytics and Reporting

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools to support HR and leadership decision-making

  • Deliver data-driven insights that inform talent acquisition, retention, workforce planning, and organizational strategy

  • Analyze workforce trends including headcount, attrition, performance metrics, and diversity indicators

  • Measure the impact and effectiveness of HR programs using quantitative methodologies

Data Management and Insights Delivery

  • Respond to ad-hoc data requests from key stakeholders and leadership teams

  • Identify research methods and analytical best practices to enhance data interpretation

  • Implement structured reporting processes that improve HR data accessibility and transparency

  • Translate complex data findings into actionable business recommendations

Stakeholder Collaboration and Strategy Support

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership to align analytics outputs with business objectives

  • Support workforce planning initiatives through predictive and scenario-based modeling

  • Contribute to data governance and standardization initiatives within HR systems

  • Provide consultative insights to help leaders make informed talent decisions

Technical Skills and Tools

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools

  • Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or equivalent

  • Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, or business intelligence platforms preferred

  • Strong analytical and statistical capabilities

  • Familiarity with workforce planning and HR performance metrics
