Team Member – MSAT (Technology Transfer – OSD)
Job Summary
Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd. invites applications for the position of Team Member – MSAT in Pydibimavaram, India. The selected candidate will play an essential role in supporting manufacturing process optimization, technology transfer activities, and process validation to ensure high-quality pharmaceutical production. This role is crucial in delivering manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement in oral solid dosage (OSD) formulations.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement areas.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues.
Assist in the development, scale-up, and optimization of manufacturing processes.
Perform statistical analysis for process validation and control assurance.
Participate actively in technology transfer activities for new processes and products.
Contribute to the preparation of technical documentation, protocols, and reports.
Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
Support the integration and implementation of new technologies and manufacturing equipment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related discipline.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control systems.
Proficiency in data analysis, statistical tools, and process evaluation techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
Prior experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing preferred.
Knowledge of process improvement and optimization methods.
Familiarity with GMP standards and regulatory frameworks in pharma manufacturing.
Ability to adapt and learn emerging technologies and methodologies.
Detail-oriented and highly organized with effective multitasking skills.
