Key Responsibilities
Support laboratory testing activities and analytical procedures.
Assist in proximate analysis and water analysis processes.
Learn and operate analytical instruments such as AAS, UV Spectrophotometer, HPLC, GC, and FTIR.
Ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards and operational protocols.
Maintain accurate documentation and support data analysis activities.
Participate in training and skill development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (B.Sc or M.Sc) in Analytical Chemistry, Food Technology, Food Chemistry, or a related discipline.
Basic understanding of proximate analysis and water analysis is preferred.
Willingness to learn laboratory instrumentation and analytical techniques.
Strong attention to detail and scientific aptitude.
Skills and Competencies
Fundamental knowledge of analytical chemistry principles.
Interest in laboratory research and testing methodologies.
Ability to work in a structured scientific environment.
Good documentation and analytical skills.
