Key Responsibilities

  • Support laboratory testing activities and analytical procedures.

  • Assist in proximate analysis and water analysis processes.

  • Learn and operate analytical instruments such as AAS, UV Spectrophotometer, HPLC, GC, and FTIR.

  • Ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards and operational protocols.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and support data analysis activities.

  • Participate in training and skill development initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (B.Sc or M.Sc) in Analytical Chemistry, Food Technology, Food Chemistry, or a related discipline.

  • Basic understanding of proximate analysis and water analysis is preferred.

  • Willingness to learn laboratory instrumentation and analytical techniques.

  • Strong attention to detail and scientific aptitude.

  • Fundamental knowledge of analytical chemistry principles.
