Job Summary
Omega Healthcare, a leading provider of healthcare outsourcing solutions, is looking for Trainee Medical Reviewers in Bengaluru. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates with a background in life sciences, pharmacy, or healthcare to build a strong foundation in clinical data review and healthcare analytics. The role involves supporting medical review processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist senior medical reviewers in reviewing and validating clinical data.
Support quality checks, case assessments, and documentation as per internal SOPs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data review.
Learn and adapt to medical review processes, clinical terminologies, and healthcare standards.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to healthcare compliance regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, Biotechnology, or related healthcare fields (preferred).
0–1 years of experience; freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic understanding of medical terminologies, healthcare processes, and clinical documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and strong analytical ability.
Good communication skills and willingness to learn new processes.
