Role Overview
As a Trainee Process Consultant – Non-Voice, you will support claims administration and healthcare operations through non-voice channels. This entry-level role is ideal for graduates seeking to develop analytical, communication, and process skills in a healthcare BPM environment. You will be responsible for following established processes, meeting productivity targets, and adhering to quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process claims, develop projects, and handle tasks as per standard process guidelines.

  • Understand and comply with Service Level Agreements (SLA), quality, and auditing parameters.

  • Achieve assigned productivity goals while maintaining turnaround times (TAT) and quality standards.

  • Acquire knowledge of related process areas to support team efficiency and performance.

  • Communicate fluently in English and other required languages for the function/location.

  • Demonstrate active listening, reasoning, and analytical skills to resolve tasks accurately.

  • Adhere to attendance and punctuality norms while contributing to overall team performance.
