Job Overview
Accenture is hiring a Pharmacovigilance Services Associate to join its Life Sciences R&D vertical, contributing to pharmacovigilance and drug safety surveillance services. The role involves case processing, data entry, MedDRA coding, and compliance with global regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Affiliate Mailbox and perform reconciliation of reports as per SOPs.
Perform written follow-up attempts for serious and non-serious cases.
Carry out case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, and submission.
Process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in safety database per client and regulatory guidelines.
Ensure quality and timely delivery of pharmacovigilance services.
Contribute as an individual team member under moderate supervision.
Work in rotational shifts.
Qualifications
Required Degrees:
Bachelor of Pharmacy
Bachelor in Physiotherapy
BSc Nursing
Experience: 1 to 3 years in pharmacovigilance or related domains.
Skills & Competencies
Team collaboration
Adaptability and flexibility
Quick learning ability
Familiarity with safety databases and MedDRA terminology is a plus
