Job Overview
The Analyst role is an entry-level to early-career opportunity within life sciences consulting. This position involves supporting client projects by delivering high-quality analysis, structured problem-solving, and data-driven insights within established consulting frameworks. You will work closely with senior team members to contribute to strategic and operational solutions for global healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities
Support the review and analysis of client requirements, business problems, and project objectives
Assist in developing data-driven solutions aligned with client needs and industry standards
Contribute to the preparation of detailed documentation, reports, and specifications
Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights
Assist in creating structured, client-ready presentations tailored to stakeholder needs
Develop foundational knowledge of consulting methodologies and life sciences market dynamics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Engagement Managers
Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field
1–3 years of relevant experience in consulting, analytics, healthcare, or life sciences
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Basic understanding of business processes and their impact on decision-making
Familiarity with consulting tools, techniques, and methodologies is an advantage
Awareness of healthcare industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics
Effective communication, teamwork, and time management skills
