Job Description:

  • Conduct calibration and preventive maintenance of instruments according to established schedules.
  • Determine KF factor and perform daily verifications of balances, pH meters, Milli-Q water systems, hydrometers, and monitor refrigerator temperatures.
  • Analyze in-process, intermediate, and finished products using wet chemistry and chromatography techniques to support R&D and plant operations.
  • Develop and optimize analytical methods using chemical and instrumental analysis techniques (e.g., wet chemistry, HPLC, GC, GC-MS, LC-MS, ICP-MS, XRD, AAS).
  • Verify and validate analytical methods through chemical and instrumental analysis (e.g., wet chemistry, HPLC, GC, GC-MS, LC-MS, ICP-MS, XRD, AAS).
  • Facilitate technology transfer of analytical methods through chemical and instrumental analysis (e.g., wet chemistry, HPLC, GC, GC-MS, LC-MS, ICP-MS, XRD, AAS).
  • Prepare impurity standards, working standards, and primary reference standards.
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP and maintain data integrity.
