Role Overview

Sagility is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Global Workforce Management (WFM) to lead end-to-end reporting, MIS delivery, and performance analytics across multiple operational processes. This role is critical in enabling data-driven decision-making by delivering accurate, timely, and insightful workforce reports, dashboards, and KPI frameworks.

The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical expertise, stakeholder management capabilities, and hands-on experience in reporting automation and business intelligence tools within a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Operations teams to deliver daily, weekly, and monthly workforce and performance reports

  • Own end-to-end MIS and reporting delivery across multiple processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness

  • Design, develop, and maintain performance dashboards, scorecards, and KPI trackers across all organizational levels—from individual contributors to site leadership

  • Create actionable workforce insights through reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses

  • Develop and optimize BI dashboards, data models, and reporting workflows

  • Communicate insights clearly to internal and external stakeholders to support SLA adherence and quality improvement

  • Support and contribute to reporting transformation and automation initiatives

  • Lead operational review meetings by preparing agendas, analyzing performance trends, and presenting efficiency metrics

  • Provide strategic viewpoints on operational performance, productivity, and utilization metrics

  • Drive process automation using Advanced Excel, MS Access, and VBA macros

  • Develop customized ad hoc reports to support evolving business and operational requirements

  • Ensure data governance, risk mitigation, and data accuracy across reporting platforms


Experience Required

  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience in reporting, data analysis, MIS, and project or client management

  • Proven experience working with operations and senior stakeholders in a global delivery environment

  • Prior exposure to workforce management, performance analytics, or operations reporting is highly desirable


Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline

  • Strong analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional and senior leadership teams

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong client-handling capabilities with proactive stakeholder engagement

  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment


Preferred Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including macros and advanced functions)

  • Strong working knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and database concepts

  • Experience with MS Access and VBA-based automation

  • Familiarity with BI reporting frameworks and data visualization best practices
