About the Role

As an Associate Clinical Data Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage clinical data collection systems, analyze data, identify trends, and contribute to high-quality clinical trial deliverables.


Key Responsibilities

Clinical Data Management & Oversight

  • Collaborate with clinical operations, biostatistics, and regulatory teams on study design, documentation, and implementation of clinical data collection protocols.

  • Design and maintain clinical databases and Case Report Forms (CRFs), ensuring alignment with study objectives.

  • Develop data organization systems to analyze, report, and identify trends for clinical studies.

  • Review protocols for cross-project consistency and standardize CRF modules to meet study objectives.

  • Support the development of data quality plans and provide input into protocol design focused on data management.

  • Identify, review, and resolve data discrepancies using standardized validation procedures.

  • Prepare internal reports for data validation and cross-validation studies.

Project Contribution & Professional Growth

  • Act as an individual contributor within assigned projects, delivering high-quality work under guidance.

  • Apply theoretical and practical knowledge in clinical data management to support project goals.

  • Collaborate with team members, providing input to solve minor data management issues and optimize processes.

  • Develop familiarity with clinical trial systems, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance.


Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biotechnology, or a related field.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in clinical data management, clinical operations, or related fields is acceptable for this entry-level role.

  • Familiarity with clinical trial design, electronic data capture (EDC) systems, and data validation procedures is a plus.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

  • Basic knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trial regulations, and SOPs.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and work effectively in a remote team environment.

  • Eagerness to learn and develop professionally in clinical data management.
