Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Associate Clinical Data Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of clinical data management experience. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain clinical data collection systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity across clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with departments to design, document, test, and implement clinical data collection studies and review clinical databases.

  • Design and implement clinical protocols and data collection systems.

  • Develop systems to organize, analyze, and report clinical data trends.

  • Manage data management issues by reviewing protocols for cross-project consistency and identifying standard Case Report Form (CRF) modules to meet study objectives.

  • Develop and execute data quality plans.

  • Provide early strategic input into protocol design with a focus on data management.

  • Review and resolve data discrepancies using standardized data validation systems.

  • Prepare internal validation and cross-validation reports for clinical trials.

  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in data management.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
