Position Summary:
We are seeking a Data Entry Analyst (Associate Analyst) to support the Pharmaceutical Global Tenders team. This role involves collecting, reviewing, entering, and maintaining tender-related data with a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in Excel, and capable of working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Familiarity with pharmaceutical tenders is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
🔢 Data Management
Collect, verify, and enter data into databases.
Compile, sort, and prioritize information to prepare it for data entry.
Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or deficiencies; correct as necessary.
Perform literature reading and interpretation for complex tender documents.
📄 Documentation & Storage
Store completed data in designated systems or databases.
Perform regular backup operations to ensure data security and recovery.
Comply with data integrity, confidentiality, and security policies.
🔍 Research & Verification
Research and gather additional information when required.
Work with documents to extract relevant insights and ensure accuracy.
🔁 Operational Support
Perform repetitive tasks with a high level of attention and accuracy.
Adapt to changes in project scope, volume, and timelines as needed.
Required Qualifications:
🎓 Education:
Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences.
💼 Skills & Experience:
Basic to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical tender documents is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret complex literature/documents.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
