Job Overview
We are hiring an Associate Consultant to support high-impact consulting engagements across the life sciences and healthcare sector. This role focuses on delivering data-driven insights, market intelligence, and technology-enabled solutions for client-facing projects including service delivery, managed services, and implementation initiatives. The position offers exposure to end-to-end consulting methodologies, client interactions, and cross-functional collaboration within a global consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the design, development, and implementation of technology-enabled solutions, aligned with client business objectives.
Translate business needs into product and solution specifications, including timelines, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to generate actionable product and business requirements.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across functions to support product development and solution delivery.
Apply business acumen to evaluate strategic alternatives and recommendations for client challenges.
Develop high-quality reports, presentations, and workshop materials for client engagements under senior leadership guidance.
Build a strong understanding of consulting methodologies and pharmaceutical market dynamics through project delivery and continuous learning.
Work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional project teams.
Assist in the development of client proposals, statements of work, and presentations.
Participate in and support client meetings, workshops, and presentations.
Contribute to knowledge sharing, learning initiatives, and recruitment activities.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Master’s degree (MBA, MSc) in Life Sciences, Economics, or Business is preferred.
PhD with relevant commercial or consulting experience in the healthcare industry will be an advantage.
1–4 years of relevant experience in management consulting, healthcare analytics, pharmaceutical strategy, or related domains.
Strong understanding of business fundamentals, consulting tools, and analytical frameworks.
Exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences markets is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong time management and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across teams and functions in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
