Job Description

Position Summary
The Associate Director – Women’s Health is responsible for driving the commercial performance and growth of the women’s health product portfolio. The role focuses on achieving topline and market share objectives by implementing effective marketing strategies, business planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

This position also oversees brand lifecycle management, sales strategy implementation, and market research activities to ensure sustainable growth and competitive positioning within the pharmaceutical market.

Key Responsibilities

Drive topline growth, market share, and profitability targets for the women’s health product portfolio

Develop and implement the Annual Operating Plan for assigned brands and categories

Manage budgeting, business planning, and sales force organization for the division

Monitor and control operating budgets while delivering both revenue and profitability targets

Lead marketing and sales initiatives to achieve short-term and long-term business goals

Collaborate with product development teams to implement product improvements and line extensions

Manage brand lifecycle strategies to address evolving customer needs and market opportunities

Conduct market research and customer behavior analysis to inform brand strategies

Perform feasibility analysis and evaluate new business opportunities within the women’s health segment

Work closely with sales teams and internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of marketing strategies

Engage with field teams through regular meetings and feedback sessions to capture market insights

Ensure timely development and execution of campaign materials and promotional activities for the field force

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including medical, training, supply chain, finance, and promotional teams to ensure smooth business operations

Professional Experience Requirements

Experience in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management, or commercial operations

Strong understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics and product lifecycle management

Experience in sales strategy development and market research analysis

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders

Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
