As part of the Quality Assurance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring product quality throughout the manufacturing lifecycle, supporting continuous improvement, and fostering collaboration across functions.
Position Overview
The Associate I – Quality Assurance is responsible for supporting In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) activities during sterile manufacturing and packaging operations. The role ensures compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and promotes quality standards on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and maintain cGMP standards across all manufacturing stages.
Perform IPQA activities during sterile manufacturing and packaging processes, ensuring compliance at every stage.
Monitor and enforce clean room behavior and aseptic practices.
Review manufacturing, packaging, and analysis documents prior to batch release.
Verify the adequacy and completeness of logbooks and related documentation in respective areas.
Oversee receipt and handling of materials from warehouse to production to ensure quality compliance.
Conduct IPQA for dispensing, manufacturing, packaging, and dispatch activities.
Execute Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) as defined by the Quality Management System (QMS).
Prepare and issue non-compliance reports following internal quality audits, reporting to Section and Department Heads.
Support overall quality assurance initiatives and foster a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
