Job Purpose

To act as a Project Manager and documentation specialist, serving as an interface between Syngene, BBRC, and BMS stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and execution of research programs at BBRC.


Key Responsibilities

1. Documentation & Preparation

  • Prepare L2/Tox Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).

  • Support GMP documentation activities.

2. Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Coordinate raw material (RM) procurement and follow-ups.

  • Ensure timely availability of solvents and raw materials for scale-up batches.

  • Manage vendor qualification processes.

3. Planning & Projection

  • Develop scale-up projections based on project timelines.

  • Track material readiness and availability for upcoming batches.

4. Regulatory & Compliance

  • Oversee GMP shipments in compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Support catalyst licensing processes and ensure adherence to applicable guidelines.

5. Cross-functional Coordination

  • Liaise with R&D, QA/QC, and regulatory teams to align operational priorities.

  • Provide regular updates on procurement and shipment status to stakeholders.

  • Coordinate across functions to resolve operational bottlenecks.


Educational Qualification

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Life Sciences or related Engineering discipline

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is desirable
