About the Role
We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Associate Project Lead – HCP Content & Campaigns to drive global healthcare professional (HCP) content strategy, omnichannel campaign execution, and digital commercial engagement within the pharmaceutical industry. This role is ideal for experienced professionals with expertise in pharma commercial marketing, omnichannel campaign management, Veeva Vault PromoMats, content operations, and healthcare digital transformation.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end development of HCP-focused promotional campaigns for global pharmaceutical markets, bridging strategic planning, creative execution, compliance governance, and performance optimization.

This opportunity is particularly suited for professionals with strong experience in diabetes, obesity, GLP-1 therapies, HCP engagement, and pharmaceutical digital campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

HCP Content Strategy & Omnichannel Campaign Leadership

  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of HCP-focused omnichannel marketing campaigns across global pharmaceutical markets.
  • Drive strategic content initiatives supporting healthcare professional engagement in therapeutic areas such as diabetes, obesity, and GLP-1 therapies.
  • Translate campaign briefs into scalable omnichannel promotional programs aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Ensure consistent execution of content strategies across global affiliates and regional markets.

End-to-End Campaign Development & Content Operations

  • Manage the full campaign lifecycle from briefing, content mapping, asset planning, creative development, review, approval, localization, and final deployment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, global stakeholders, and external creative agencies to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns.
  • Drive efficient project execution while maintaining timelines, quality standards, and business expectations.

Veeva Vault PromoMats & MLR Compliance Management

  • Lead promotional asset development and governance through Veeva Vault PromoMats and Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review processes.
  • Ensure all promotional content meets pharmaceutical compliance, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
  • Manage approval workflows, documentation readiness, and content governance processes.
  • Maintain operational excellence in promotional review and asset deployment.

Agency Management & Creative Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Agencies of Record (AOR) and external creative partners to develop compelling HCP marketing assets.
  • Provide strategic direction on campaign execution, content adaptation, and omnichannel engagement innovation.
  • Ensure creative output aligns with global content frameworks, brand strategy, and engagement objectives.

Performance Analytics & Campaign Optimization

  • Define campaign performance metrics, measurement frameworks, and optimization strategies.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness, engagement performance, and promotional asset impact.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve content effectiveness, campaign strategy, and future engagement initiatives.
  • Establish continuous feedback loops to enhance omnichannel marketing performance.

Cross-Functional Stakeholder Leadership

  • Partner with commercial, medical, regulatory, supply chain, brand management, and digital operations teams across global markets.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments to drive alignment, execution efficiency, and strategic decision-making.
  • Present campaign progress, business insights, and strategic recommendations to leadership and international stakeholders.

Project Governance & Process Excellence

  • Drive project planning, execution governance, timeline management, and delivery accountability.
  • Utilize project management tools such as Wrike, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Workfront, or equivalent platforms to manage campaign workflows.
  • Support process improvements, content operational efficiency, and scalable omnichannel excellence.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Master’s degree from a recognized institution is preferred.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical commercial marketing, brand management, omnichannel campaigns, or healthcare content operations.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Veeva Vault PromoMats, MLR review processes, pharmaceutical promotional compliance, and HCP content governance.
  • Experience managing omnichannel promotional channels including email marketing, websites, digital banners, interactive visual aids (IVAs), and healthcare digital assets.
  • Proven experience working with Agencies of Record (AOR) and external marketing/creative vendors.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Wrike, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Workfront, or similar platforms.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, stakeholder management, and executive communication capabilities.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical digital marketing and global commercial operations preferred
