Job Overview

Novo Nordisk is hiring an Associate Project Lead – HCP Content & Campaigns to lead healthcare professional (HCP) content strategy, omnichannel promotional campaign execution, Veeva promotional workflows, agency coordination, and commercial pharma campaign delivery for global GLP-1 brands in diabetes and obesity.

This is a commercial pharma marketing + digital campaign leadership role, ideal for professionals with experience in pharma brand management, omnichannel campaign operations, Veeva PromoMats, MLR submissions, agency management, and HCP promotional content execution.


Key Responsibilities

HCP Content & Campaign Leadership

Drive end-to-end HCP-focused campaign initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead commercial content projects
  • Execute HCP engagement campaigns
  • Support global campaign rollouts
  • Drive promotional asset development
  • Manage omnichannel execution

Primary therapy areas:

Omnichannel Campaign Development

Own campaign execution from strategy to launch.
