About the Role

Syneos Health is seeking a highly motivated Associate Project Manager to support our HEOR and Market Access team. This role focuses on developing payer-focused value communications, generating high-quality evidence summaries, and contributing to AMCP dossier development and U.S. HEOR evidence generation activities.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and experienced in translating complex clinical and economic evidence into actionable insights for healthcare stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

HEOR & Market Access Support

  • Lead or support the development and updating of AMCP dossiers (Format v5.0), synthesizing clinical, economic, and humanistic evidence for U.S. payer audiences

  • Conduct targeted literature searches and prepare structured summaries on disease burden, clinical landscape, epidemiology, unmet need, and product value

  • Support evidence synthesis activities required for payer communications, including focused literature reviews

  • Contribute to value communication deliverables such as Global Value Dossiers (GVDs), Reimbursement Dossiers, and slide decks

  • Collect and analyze U.S. data inputs for HE economic models, burden-of-illness assessments, and value narratives

Project Management & Team Collaboration

  • Translate complex clinical and economic analyses into clear, concise, and evidence-based content for internal and external stakeholders

  • Manage workload to ensure timely delivery aligned with project milestones and client expectations

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional HEOR and market access team members, contributing ideas and supporting day-to-day project activities

  • Provide guidance and quality oversight to junior team members to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with standards


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree or higher in Public Health, Health Economics, Pharmacy, Epidemiology, or related field

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in HEOR or market access writing, preferably within consulting or the pharmaceutical industry

  • Strong understanding of HEOR concepts, cost-effectiveness analyses, and payer evidence requirements

  • Excellent scientific writing, communication, and presentation skills

  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced consulting environment


Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in AMCP dossier development, GVDs, and manuscript writing

  • Familiarity with U.S. payer evidence generation and value communication strategies
