About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Call Centre Executive to support patient coordination, administrative tasks, and data management at our Indian facility. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, appointments, admissions, and data processing while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Administrative Duties:

  • Input customer and account data, including numerical and text information, within set timelines.

  • Compile, verify, and sort data to prepare source files and batches in Excel or other data programs.

  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct discrepancies, and validate outputs.

  • Scan documents, print files, and manage data backups as required.

  • Generate reports and store completed work in designated locations.

  • Apply data program techniques and procedures accurately, ensuring data integrity.

  • Maintain confidentiality of patient and organizational information.

  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of office equipment (fax, scanner, printer).

Patient Coordination & Reception Duties:

  • Receive calls and schedule appointments or visits for patients.

  • Guide patients to the concerned consultant or department efficiently.

  • Communicate consultation fees and prepare consultation slips while collecting payments.

  • Maintain and update registers at the reception counter (MRD register, admission book, bed booking book, bed position book).

  • Confirm bed availability and assist with inpatient admission paperwork and formalities.

  • Issue attenders’ passes and track dates of issuance.

  • Prepare statistics for laboratory investigations and maintain daily and monthly records.

  • Raise investigation bills, collect payments, and manage refunds in coordination with accounts.

  • Maintain discipline and manage the reception area efficiently.

  • Report disturbances or operational issues to higher authority promptly.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative operations.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and other data management programs.

  • Familiarity with office equipment (fax machines, scanners, printers).

  • Typing speed and accuracy, with attention to detail.

  • Excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training/certification is an asset.
