About the Role

Vizen Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dedicated Medical Information Call Center (MICC) Associates, including Team Leads and Quality Reviewers, to join our growing medical information team. This role is critical for supporting healthcare professionals and clients by delivering accurate, timely, and compliant medical information.

The position is ideal for candidates with a B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or Nursing background and experience in MICC operations. Excellent English communication skills and familiarity with the US accent are mandatory.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, documenting interactions and performing follow-ups per client SOPs.

  • Ensure compliance with company and client quality standards.

  • Submit completed documentation for Quality Control (QC) reporting.

  • Apply telephone etiquette and professionalism in all communications.

  • Refer to safety references and client-provided medical documents when responding to queries.

  • Manage test calls, faxes, voicemails, and emails efficiently.

  • Categorize calls into product complaints, adverse events (AE/SAE), medical inquiries, or product quality issues.

  • Forward AE/SAE information to Pharmacovigilance and product complaints to QA departments.

  • Liaise with manufacturing units or clients for unresolved medical inquiries.

  • Maintain data confidentiality, integrity, and availability by following administrative, technical, and physical safeguards.

  • Handle trackers and reconciliations accurately.

  • Follow client-specific SOPs for all activities.

  • Participate in training programs and client meetings as required.

  • Provide guidance and feedback to team members (for Leads and Reviewers).

  • Archive pharmacovigilance documentation systematically.


Education & Experience Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy or Nursing.

  • Experience:

    • MICC Associates: 0–5 years in medical information or clinical support

    • Team Leads / Quality Reviewers: 5–15 years in MICC with leadership or quality review experience

  • Mandatory Skills: Excellent spoken and written English proficiency, with clear understanding of US-accented communication.
